Sri Swamiji’s Thirunakshathram and Deepavali Celebrations at Virginia Namadwaar
On the auspicious occasion of His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji’s Thirunakshathram, Namadwaar Virginia was blessed to offer Akhanda Mahamantra Kirtan from October 13th to October 22nd.
On Aippasi Swathi (October 22nd), devotees offered the Swathi Nakshatra Srimad Bhagavata Parayana Poorthi, which is performed every month throughout the year. The celebrations continued with Guru Kirtans and Akhanda Mahamantra Poorthi offered at the Lotus Feet of Sri Swamiji, followed by Guru Vandanam and Pushpa Varsham to Sri Swamiji.
On Deepavali day (October 19th), the satsang commenced with Mahamantra Kirtan, Guru Vandanam, and Lakshmi Pooja. This was followed by a beautiful Deepotsavam, where devotees lit lamps at Namadwaar. Madhurageetham kirtans on Sri Swamiji, Lord Krishna, Radha, and the Divine Yugalam were joyfully rendered. The celebration concluded with Mahaprasad and fireworks, filling the atmosphere with devotion and festive joy.
