Navratri Celebration at Namadwaar Atlanta
By the immense grace of Sri Swamiji and Sri Madhuri Sakhi Sametha Sri Premikavaradhan Takurji, Atlanta Namadwaar celebrated the auspicious occasion of Navarathri from October 11th to 20th with devotion and joy.
Devotees lovingly put together an elaborate and beautiful traditional Golu display at Namadwaar, featuring colorful deities and figurines arranged across multiple steps, creating a divine and festive atmosphere.
Throughout the ten days, ladies took turns each day to offer Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam parayanam and Mahamantra chanting, while children lovingly offered Sri Madhurageethams. On one of the days, ladies also gathered at Namadwaar for the traditional exchange of Tamboolam, adding to the warmth and joy of the celebrations.
The festive spirit extended beyond Namadwaar into devotees’ homes, where beautifully arranged Golu displays, traditional visits, and exchanges of Tamboolam brought families and friends together. With equal love and devotion, devotees celebrated Navarathri both at home and at Namadwaar, filling the entire satsang community with a joyous atmosphere of devotion, togetherness, and celebration.
The month also witnessed beautiful Nama Ruchi gatherings, bringing devotees and new families together to chant the Mahamantra and spreading the sweetness of Nama to more hearts and homes. The loving hosts welcomed everyone with warmth, thoughtfully arranged decorations, and beautiful preparations, creating a devotional atmosphere for all to experience the joy of chanting Nama together.
