GOD Model Village, Kalattipet- Activity Update
GOD Model Village, Kalattipet team together with Sirukalathur Panchayat conducted Pongal Celebrations at the village with ethnic sports meet and cultural events on January 15th 2023. Sri Nehru Prakash, GOD India Trust volunteer from Tuticorin presided over the function together with elected representatives of the Village Panchayat.
On January 26th Republic Day, an anti-drugs campaign rally was held at the village with huge participation of school children and GOD Model Village volunteers carrying placards and banners. Slogans were raised and pamphlets highlighting the ill-effects of smoking, drinking and drug abuse were distributed. Refreshments were provided to all participants.
The volunteers team led by Sri Mari, Sri Sundar and Sri Gowtham organised these events in grand manner.
