Diwali Puja & Celebrations at Sri Aishwarya Srinivasa Perumal Temple

By the grace of Sri Swamiji and Sri Aishwarya Srinivasa Perumal, devotees celebrated the festival of Diwali at the temple on Saturday October 18. A special lighting of oil lamps (Deepotsav) was offered to Perumal on this auspicious occasion with devotional kirtans. A special Lakshmi Kubera puja was performed to Maha Lakshmi and Lord Kubera. Devotees also participated in the chanting of Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam and Shri Maha Lakshmi Ashtakam. This was followed by the chanting of Hanuman Chalisa 3 times and offering of Maha Harati to Perumal. Families then gathered to enjoy fun fireworks play that included sparklers, rockets, fountains and much more. About 150 people attended the event.
