“Humanity and Divinity are Inseparable” – HH Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji

It is often said that when prayers come from the heart, genuine and pure in intention – the One above truly does hear us. And it is during times such as these, when humanity is tested and stretched to its limits – where those prayers, true and sincere, matter the most.

Namadwaar Sydney continue to be a shining example to us all, through their awe-inspiring work in leading GOD Australia’s COVD-19 Virtual Prayer Initiative. Every night since the 23rd of March, devotees have come together as one from Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Hobart and Melbourne to participate in a nationwide prayer effort.

Namadwaar Melbourne have also had the opportunity to be a part of the wonderful “Deliver the Dinner” initiative, led by the Mental Health Foundation Australia, in conjunction with the Australia Bharatha Brahman Samaj, Ananda Bhavan and Vedic Society Victoria. United as a team, our devotees in the state of Victoria have contributed towards delivering 100 meals on a daily basis throughout the month of April – approximately 2600 meals have been delivered to the elderly till date.

In addition to this, GOD Australia have organised a Blood Donation Camp, and worked with the Sant Nirankari Mission Melbourne to deliver essential items for Healthcare Workers who are on the front line.

Our sincere thank you and to all our volunteers who have taken time out of their schedules to assist the vulnerable in these times of need.
