Clean up Activity at Kalattipet Village
On the 78th Indian Independence Day (15th August 2024) and to mark the first anniversary of GOD Model Village initiative, a clean-up activity was organised at Kalattipet Village in the suburbs of Chennai. The village streets were cleaned, sanitized and pamphlets about health and hygiene were distributed to all the households. Sanitization workers were honoured with a shawl and provided with rice bag. Around 50 volunteers and local village people participated in the activity. The local village people and administration were appreciative of the efforts taken by GOD India Trust and GOD Model Village initiative.
