The first pleasantaries

In Srimad Bhagavatam, when Brahma was created in the navel of Sri Vishnu, he was dumbfounded and lost. Sri Vishnu appeared before him and gave him his hand and then Brahma started creation. The common habit of shaking one another’s hand when they first meet which is widely prevalent now a days, seems to have its origin with Maha Vishnu and Brahma!
