Swami Abhedananda Jayanti Celebrations in Singapore
By the Grace of Guru Maharaj, Akhanda namam was held in
Singapore at the residence of Sri. J Balasubramanian on the 28th
March 2009, in connection with the Centenary Jayanthi celebrations of Swami
Abhedananda.
The programme was from 8am to 8pm and Mahamantram was being
chanted by participating devotees from about 15 families totaling to about 40
members including kids in a staggered manner. The event concluded with the
famous song ‘Kaliyaiyum bali kollum’ of Srisri Muralidhara swamigal. The
devotees were all happy to imbibe the Divine Nama vibrations and left with the
yearnings for the conduct of next akhandanamam.
